Delays of more than 60 minutes after multi-vehicle crash on A1

ALL vehicles have been held on a major North Yorkshire road this lunchtime after a crash.

All lanes of the A1(M) southbound near Wetherby were held following a crash involving multiple vehicles.

  Traffic was briefly held on the #A1M southbound near #Wetherby between J45 and J44 following a multi vehicle collision.

  Traffic has now been released.

  All emergency services remain on scene.

It took place between J45 and J44 with the AA stating that whilst traffic has now been released, delays are at 76 minutes.
