What is the Public Notice Portal?
The Public Notice Portal carries statutory public notices published in local newspapers and is the fastest and most effective way of finding out what is happening in YOUR neighbourhood.
Search the Public Notice Portal Plans have been submitted to use a farm in Wetherby as a new operating centre for two goods vehicles.
Trevor Jones, trading as Excalon, is seeking permission for the use of Ruddings Farm Barn.
Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected should make written representations.

These can be made to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of this notice, stating their reasons.
A copy of any representations must at the same time be sent to the applicant at Excalon, Duncan St, Salford, M5 3SQ.
