POLICE are hunting "three or four people wearing dark clothing and carrying weapons" after a man was reportedly attacked in his Bradford home.
The incident happened on Abbotside Close in the Thorpe Edge area at around 10.50pm on Thursday night.
West Yorkshire Police said a 72-year-old man suffered cuts to his arms and a facial injury.

A police cordon was in place, with up to four police vehicles and two Yorkshire Ambulance Service vehicles visible.
Police appeal
Officers from Bradford CID are now investigating and are urging anyone who witnessed the attack, has CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage, or has any information that could assist enquiries to come forward.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Detectives are appealing for information and footage after a man was attacked at a house in Bradford.
"The incident occurred at an address in Abbotside Close in the Thorpe Edge area at about 10.50pm yesterday (Thursday).
