North East town residents invited to comment on planning proposals - public notice

What is the Public Notice Portal?

Search the Public Notice Portal Plans affecting listed buildings and conservation areas across Middlesbrough have been submitted, with residents are invited to have their say.

Middlesbrough Council has received four applications for various projects, including an advertising installation, roof tile replacement, an extension, and garden landscaping.

The first proposal, with reference number 26/0276/ADV, involves the installation of two single-sided internally illuminated 6-sheet advertisements and a single-sided digital advertisement.

This is planned for a bus shelter outside 308 and 314 Linthorpe Road.

In Eastbourne Road, with reference number 26/0341/FUL, there is a proposal for like-for-like replacement of roof tiles.

The address affected is number 24, Eastbourne Road.

A single-storey extension is proposed for Inwood Lodge, The Grove, Middlesbrough.

The reference number for this application is 26/0320/FUL.

The proposed extension will have a concealed flat roof to the rear, including the installation of a roof light and associated alterations with glazed doors.

The final proposal, reference number 26/0347/FUL, is for the reconfiguration of the rear garden landscaping at Stainton House, Marwood Wynd, Middlesbrough.

The plan is to form three-tiered levels.

These applications are available for public viewing and comments can be made on the council's website.

Any comments or representations regarding the applications should be made in writing by September 8.
