TOOLS have been stolen from a car in the dead of night in a North Yorkshire town.
North Yorkshire Police has released a CCTV image of a man it wants to speak to after the theft of tools from a vehicle in Harrogate.
The incident took place in Nydd Vale Terrace at 1am last Thursday (August 13).
