AN equestrian firm has adopted a rescue horse as part of a charity partnership.
Harry Hall, a specialist equine insurance broker and retailer, has donated nearly £10,000 and 67 pieces of equipment to its 2026 charity partner, Redwings Horse Sanctuary.
The company has also adopted Callisto, a 15.3hh black cob cross, who was born at Redwings' Norfolk sanctuary after his pregnant mother was rescued in 2010.
Lynn Cutress, chief executive at Redwings, said: "Partnerships like this make a real difference to the horses, ponies and donkeys in our care.
"The funds raised by Harry Hall this year have gone directly towards the day-to-day cost of feeding, rehabilitating and caring for the equines that come to us, many of whom have been through incredibly difficult starts in life."
The donated equipment, including rugs, boots and bridles, has been given to Redwings staff and volunteers.
Harry Hall and Redwings have also teamed up to produce educational content promoting responsible horse ownership.
Liz Hopper, managing director at Harry Hall, said: "We're incredibly proud of what we've achieved with Redwings so far this year and adopting Callisto feels like a real milestone moment for the partnership."
The partnership will continue through the end of this year.
