A sauna has been closed to the public following repeated incidents of anti-social behaviour.
The Leisure Centre in Keighley, run by Bradford Council, has shut both its steam and sauna facilities after staff were threatened and customers confronted by other users.
Daniel McLellan, interim sports facility manager, said: "[The closure] is due to staff being threatened, intimidated and confronted by angry customers who have been asked to leave, or who have tried to sneak into the sauna without paying or booking to use this facility.
"These incidents in the sauna have occurred over a period of time."
Councillor Ian Walker (Reform, Wyke), executive member for neighbourhoods and communities, said: "Due to repeated instances of anti-social behaviour occurring in and around the sauna at Keighley Leisure Centre, the decision has been made to close the sauna for the safety of our customers and staff.
"Offending individuals have been banned from the leisure centre.
"We expect the highest standards of behaviour from everyone who uses the facilities.
"We will take appropriate action against anyone whose behaviour falls short of our expectations.
"The sauna will remain closed until we are certain we can reopen it without further risk to staff and our customers."
