An award-winning pet superstore is set to open its doors in County Durham next month.
Jollyes will welcome customers to its new Seaham branch at Byron Place Shopping Centre on Friday, September 11.
The national pet retailer announced the opening in a Facebook post, saying: "Ready to shop your pet’s favourite products at your favourite prices?
"Your new pet superstore opens on Friday, September 11 at Byron Place Shopping Centre.
"For great-value pet products and accessible health services, choose Jollyes for your pet."
The new store, at Byron Place Shopping Centre, Seaham, SR7 7DR, will sell products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small pets.
Customers will be able to buy pet food, treats, toys, and accessories, while the branch will also offer raw pet food, medication, expert advice, free parking, and a carry-to-car service.
Pets are welcome in store, while shoppers will also be able to use click and collect, with orders available to collect within an hour.
The Seaham branch will be open from 9 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on Sundays.

Jollyes said its Pet Club membership offers customers discounts and exclusive prices.
Founded in 1971, Jollyes now has more than 125 stores across the UK, with the Seaham shop forming part of the company’s latest expansion plans.
