Aldi has announced its opening hours across County Durham for the August bank holiday weekend, giving shoppers time to plan ahead.
Stores in England and Wales will be open from 8am to 8pm on Monday, August 31.
Aldi has advised customers to check its website for specific store times, as opening hours may vary by location.
Rachel Geary, communications director at Aldi UK, said: "Whether shoppers are stocking up for a barbecue, getting together with family and friends or picking up some last-minute essentials, we want to make their bank holiday shop as easy as possible.
"For anyone looking to beat the bank holiday rush, heading to stores first thing in the morning or later in the evening is likely to mean a quieter shop."
Last year’s data suggests the quietest shopping times were between 8am and 9am, and again from 7pm to 8pm.
Stores in Scotland and Northern Ireland will operate as usual without any changes to their standard hours.

Aldi has also recently reduced prices on 330 products, including fresh and frozen foods, pantry staples, and household items.
These latest cuts are part of a £100 million investment and bring the total number of discounted products to more than 1,000 so far this year.
Customers are encouraged to visit Aldi’s website before travelling to confirm their local store’s opening hours.
