Marsdens Caterers of Sheffield Limited, which plans to open the branch at Monks Cross Drive, Huntington, York, has applied to City of York Council for the licence.
The company wants to offer "late night refreshment" from 11pm to 5am every day, with the premises open daily from 9am to 5am.
The application is open to feedback until September 8.

Any objections or representations regarding the application can be made to City of York Council Licensing Services in writing.
