North Yorkshire advertising agency liquidates owing £3,600

An advertising agency in North Yorkshire has voluntarily liquidated owing £3,600.

The Pollination Group of The Terrace, Boroughbridge, was incorporated in November 2020.

Companies House lists its sole director as Catherine Hunter.

London-based Exigen Group was appointed liquidator following a vote to wind-up the company on July 6.

A report by the liquidators, known as a Statement of Affairs, says the business had no assets.

It only has one creditor, namely HMRC, which was owed £3,600 in VAT, giving a total deficit or debt of £3,600.

There were no trade or other creditors, said the report.
