York charity announce full line-up for night of entertainment – including a BGT star!

York-based mental health charity Menfulness has announced the full line-up for its night of entertainment – including a Britain’s Got Talent star and local talent.

The now annual Menfulness Live event will take place on Saturday 29 August at the Grand Opera House York.

Multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter JP Cooper was previously announced to huge acclaim, and now local singer and Britain’s Got Talent star Finley Barrett Carter joins the line-up.

When he was announced, JP Cooper said, “Menfulness have been chatting with me for a while. I’ve been watching the work that they’ve been doing, and it’s incredible bringing fellas together to talk openly about things that fellas don’t talk about enough.

“So I’ll be chatting a little bit, singing a little bit, and I’m looking forward to seeing you all there!”

The show is open to all in what will feature live music, powerful discussion, charity updates and guest speakers.

The night will also feature award winning memoirist Adam Farrer and local poet Lauren Martin.

For a limited time only, when buying tickets to the show you can win the chance to be in the VIP lounge, and eat and drink for free on the night! Simply forward your ticket confirmation email to [email protected].
