BRADFORD Bulls have paid tribute to lifelong supporter Margaret McArdle following her passing.
Margaret was a devoted follower of the club for many years and shared her passion for the Bulls across generations of her family.
Matchdays were a family occasion for Margaret, who regularly attended games alongside her loved ones.
Her final visit to watch the Bulls came on a particularly special occasion: her 90th birthday.
Margaret marked the milestone at a match, where she was pictured with Bradford legend and former head coach Brian Noble.
The club’s tribute reflected the lasting connection Margaret held with Bradford and the role rugby league played in bringing her family together over the years.
Bradford Bulls said: "We are extremely saddened to learn of the recent passing of Margaret McArdle.
"Margaret was an avid Bradford supporter for many years, passing on her passion for the club down generations in her family with who she would attend matches, including her last one, which was on her 90th birthday when she was pictured with our very own Brian Noble.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with Margaret’s nearest and dearest at this difficult time."
Everyone at the club, and across the wider Bradford rugby league community, will join in sending their condolences to Margaret’s family and friends.
