A world-famous rockstar was spotted in a North Yorkshire market recently, browsing stalls and chatting with fans just hours before a sell-out show.
Alice Cooper was spotted enjoying a low-key outing on Saturday, August 15, ahead of Hollywood Vampires' appearance at Scarborough Open Air Theatre later that evening.
The 78-year-old American singer, famed for his theatrical shock-rock performances, spent time exploring Scarborough Market Hall without any obvious security presence, happily stopping to speak to fans.

Based inside Scarborough Market Hall, the shop sells original artwork, prints, novelty gifts, accessories, kirigami pop-up cards and its distinctive art tote bags.

Later that evening, Cooper joined Johnny Depp, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen at Scarborough Open Air Theatre as Hollywood Vampires performed to a sold-out crowd of around 8,000 people.
The Scarborough date formed part of the band's first UK tour in almost three years, with punk legends The Damned opening as special guests.
Before the dramatic stage outfits, rock anthems and packed-out venue, Cooper seemed happy to spend part of his day enjoying a browse around the market and a drink in a local pub.
