A MAJOR road near York is currently blocked after a crash with queues beginning to mount.
The A64 is currently partially blocked in both directions after a crash that took place in the construction area close to Scotchman Lane today (August 18)
It was first reported at around 6.10am, but queues are still increasing and are described as 'severe'.
“Severe delays of 14 minutes and delays increasing on A64 Eastbound in North Yorkshire. Average speed five mph,” said a spokesperson for the AA.
