A care home worker in York has been recognised for a decade of dedicated service.
Joshy Thomas, deputy manager at Mulberry Court in Rawcliffe, has received a ten-year service award from Barchester Healthcare in recognition of his commitment to residents and their families.
Annaliza Kemp, temporary general manager at Mulberry Court, said: "We’re delighted to be celebrating ten years of loyal service with Joshy Thomas.
"He has demonstrated his dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year.
"I speak for all of us here at Mulberry Court when I say that I’m looking forward to many more years of working with Joshy."
Mr Thomas started with Barchester in August 2016 and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure that their needs have been met over the years.
Mulberry Court is operated by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, offering residential, nursing, and dementia care.
