A JOINT initiative by the council and West Yorkshire Police led to 10 vehicle seizures, four taxis suspended and an arrest in Bradford city centre.
The operation across the City Ward targeted community issues and road safety.
On social media, Bradford Council posted an image of officers stood outside police cars on Morley Street.
A spokesperson for Bradford Council said: "Results from the day included:
- 43 vehicles checked by Environmental Enforcement and Taxi Licensing
- 10 vehicles seized for offences including waste crime, no insurance, no tax and abandonment
- 22 Traffic Offence Reports issued
- 4 taxi suspensions
- Multiple intelligence reports submitted
- Two crimes recorded and one arrest (on suspicion of burglary).
