Blacks Corner Culture House Ltd has submitted an application to Sunderland City Council for a premises licence for its location at Keel Square, Sunderland.

The application outlines several proposed activities, including live music every day from 10am to midnight and recorded music from 9am to midnight.

It also seeks permission for the sale of alcohol, both for consumption on and off the premises, from 10am to midnight daily.
