Search the Public Notice Portal Stockton Council has received multiple planning applications affecting conservation areas and listed buildings, according to a public notice.
Notices published by the council highlight various proposals, including plans to build new homes, convert existing structures, and alter approved plans.
In Egglescliffe, an application has been submitted for the erection of a residential dwelling with associated parking and amenity space on land south of Village Farm, Church Road.
This application was submitted by Mr. Josh Woollard.
Another section 73 application has been made by Total Planning Solutions (UK) Ltd.
This application seeks to vary condition number two of planning approval for the erection of a single-storey rear extension, a detached garage/office to the rear, and a porch to the front at 15A West Street, Yarm.
The application also includes the demolition of the existing detached garage and outbuildings to the rear.
An application to convert a detached rear garage into a residential annexe has been submitted by Mr. Keeks Wijesinghe.
This proposal, which includes the erection of a store to the side, is for 548 Yarm Road, Eaglescliffe.
Listed building consent applications have also been submitted.
One of the applications is for the conversion of agricultural buildings to provide five residential dwellings at Maltby Farm, Roger Lane, Maltby.
The proposal, submitted by Simon Beeby of Galbraith, also includes the erection of a detached triple garage and bin store, the creation of a new access onto Roger Lane, and the demolition of two existing steel-framed buildings.
Another listed building consent application is for the renovation of a bay window and the replacement of windows to the rear at 96 High Street, Norton.
This application was submitted by Mr. Lawrence Wall of ERW Joinery Ltd.
Stockton Council has published a series of planning applications affecting conservation areas and listed buildings across the borough, with proposals ranging from new housing developments and building conversions to amendments to previously approved schemes.
An outline application for the erection of up to 160 dwellings and associated infrastructure and landscaping has been submitted by David Walton of Valley Environmental Consulting Ltd.
The proposed development is planned for land north of Darlington Back Lane, Stockton-on-Tees.
The public can inspect all of these applications, along with their respective plans and any other documents submitted with them, on the Stockton Council website.
