Police find drugs and guns in two cars hidden in Yorkshire ginnel

Police have uncovered guns and drugs which were hidden in a car and left in a Yorkshire ginnel for weeks.

West Yorkshire Police said it is appealing for information following the seizure of the blue BMW X5 and silver Toyota Corolla on Saturday (Aug 15).

The vehicles were found in a ginnel between Lilycroft Walk and Farfield Terrace in Bradford.

A statement from the force said: “The vehicles were searched with a number of items, including drugs and firearms, found inside.

Guns and drugs were found in cars left in a ginnel between Lilycroft Walk and Farfield Terrace

“It is understood that these vehicles have been parked at the location for a number of weeks and officers would like to speak to anyone who has seen anyone interacting with either vehicle during this time.”
