A man and three teenagers have been arrested after a knife attack on a York cycle path.
YorkMix reported that the path off Wigginton Road was taped off by police on Saturday.
It was a section of the path that goes under the bridge close to the road’s junction with Crichton Avenue.

Today North Yorkshire Police gave more details about their investigation.
A force spokesperson said: “At around 11.10am on Saturday 15 August, officers were called by the ambulance service following a disturbance involving a group of people during which two of them sustained injuries.
“One was treated at hospital for minor knife wounds, and the other for more serious injuries believed to have been caused by a wooden implement.
“The four arrested include three 16-year-old boys and a 64-year-old man who were all arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
“All four have been released on police bail to allow further enquiries to be carried out.”
The cordon has now been lifted.
