Emergency services responded to a person trapped in a concrete tank in a North Yorkshire village this afternoon (Monday).
They went to the incident in Husthwaite near Easingwold at12.57pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Thirsk, Ripon and Acomb responded to a person that had become trapped inside a concrete tank.

“The person had self extricated on the crews’ arrival and they administered immediate medical care until the arrival of paramedics.”
