The fashion and homeware retailer was this month confirmed as the tenant taking over the former Pro Cook shop at the shopping complex.

The brand, which has locations in Morpeth, Newcastle’s Eldon Square, and in Jesmond, will bring the park to full occupancy.

Park plans state the store will be “coming soon” - although an opening date has not yet been revealed by the brand or park owner British Land.

Now, plans have been lodged for three new signs for the shop.

This includes a main green Oliver Bonas sign at the top of the unit, the brand’s name in 3D lettering above the main double doors, and a small green sign off the side of the unit.

The bid, submitted on August 10, is yet to be approved by Stockton Borough Council.

The Teesside Park store will be lifestyle brand’s first move into the retail park sector, with head of retail Sevda Cankorur saying: "We’re delighted to be bringing Oliver Bonas to Stockton for the first time.

"We look forward to welcoming the local community through our doors and introducing customers to our latest design-led collections, offering inspiration across fashion, homeware and unique gift ideas."

The firm, which first opened in 1993, is known for its design-led fashion, homeware, and gifting, selling everything from dresses and accessories to furniture.

This is one of two sets of similar plans currently awaiting to be approved, the second being for new signs for the upcoming Office store, which is taking over the former Charles Clinkard shop.

Located a few doors down from Oliver Bonas, it will mark Office’s first store on Teesside, with the brand currently boasting stores at the Metrocentre in Gateshead and in Eldon Square.

An opening date remains unknown.
