Emergency services have been called to reports of a blaze started deliberately by youths in North Yorkshire.
The incident happened at 7.49pm on Sunday (August 16) at an area of grassland in Scarborough.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service were first on the scene.
A spokesperson said: “On arrival, crews found a fire measuring approximately 2 x 2 metres.”
The cause, the service said, is believed to have been deliberate.
Officers for North Yorkshire Police were also in attendance at the scene.
