Fire crews were called to an incident in York city centre last night (Saturday).
Both York and Acomb crews responded to smoke inside a business on The Stonebow at6.03pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “After a check with a thermal camera, smoke attributed to an electrical fault.

“The premises was advised to not re-open until an electrician has been to check property.”
