A man was injured and his phone stolen after a three-strong gang launched a high street attack.
The incident took place on Westgate, in Guisborough, at 6.30pm on August 14 when the man was assaulted and suffered injuries to his head.
Reports suggest that the attack took place near The Ironstone Miner Wetherspoon pub, although this has not been confirmed.
Cleveland Police said it is reviewing CCTV and asked anyone who has information to call the force on 101 or visit the website quoting reference number 162460.

A spokesperson said: “At 6.30pm on Friday (August 14) police received a report of a man being assaulted by three men on Westgate in Guisborough.
“He suffered injuries to his head and his mobile phone was stolen.
“Enquiries are ongoing including reviewing CCTV and anyone who has information is asked to call Cleveland Police on 101 or visit the website quoting reference number 162460.”
