Barratt Homes says popular Harrogate housing development is now sold out

A new housing development near Harrogate has now sold out after it quickly became the “sought-after place”, says Barratt Homes.

The giant homebuilder recently welcomed a range of house hunters to its Stump Cross development in Boroughbridge.

Having offered a selection of three, four, and five bedroom properties, the community proved to be immensely popular with first-time buyers, second steppers, and growing families alike.

Soon the remaining properties on the final phase of Harclay Park were snapped up.

Barratt Homes has supported the local community near the development, including a donation to Marton-cum-Grafton Community Tennis Courts Association.
