Barratt Homes says popular Harrogate housing development is now sold out
A new housing development near Harrogate has now sold out after it quickly became the “sought-after place”, says Barratt Homes.
The giant homebuilder recently welcomed a range of house hunters to its Stump Cross development in Boroughbridge.
Having offered a selection of three, four, and five bedroom properties, the community proved to be immensely popular with first-time buyers, second steppers, and growing families alike.
Soon the remaining properties on the final phase of Harclay Park were snapped up.

Sam Wood, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: “Since its inception, our community at Harclay Park has been a sought-after place to call home, and it’s not surprising the properties have now completely sold out.
“The variety of properties at the development attracted a range of buyers, all of whom had different lifestyles and priorities, but there was something here to suit everyone.
“We can now celebrate the success of our time at the development, and we’re looking forward to helping our last few buyers settle into their new homes.”
The development brought homebuyers to the picturesquecountryside ten miles from Harrogate in 17 acres of green space, with convenient city connections to Leeds and York and a range of local amenities nearby.
Barratt Homes has supported the local community near the development, including a donation to Marton-cum-Grafton Community Tennis Courts Association.
Available on select properties from Barratt Homes are a range of schemes to financially support home buyers such as Movemaker and Part Exchange Xtra.
