Film crews were in Claremount Terrace in April 2024 to shoot the first season of the detective show.
The first series of Patience premiered last year and was the biggest drama of the year for Channel 4 – averaging 4.2 million viewers per episode – and the second season was the channel’s most-watched series so far in 2026.
Patience’s third season was announced earlier this year, with actors seen filming in York this spring for the new series.
Buyers now have the chance to own one of the properties in a street that featured on the show.
