A new housing development in North Yorkshire has completely sold out.

Barratt Homes' Harclay Park site development, located in Boroughbridge, offered three, four, and five-bedroom homes and attracted strong interest from a range of buyers.

Surrounded by 17 acres of green space, the North Yorkshire development combines countryside living with nearby city connections to Leeds and York, as well as access to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Sam Wood, sales director at Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: "Since its inception, our community at Harclay Park has been a sought-after place to call home, and it’s not surprising the properties have now completely sold out.

"The variety of properties at the development attracted a range of buyers, all of whom had different lifestyles and priorities, but there was something here to suit everyone.

"We can now celebrate the success of our time at the development, and we’re looking forward to helping our last few buyers settle into their new homes."

Barratt Homes supported the nearby community through various initiatives, including a donation to Marton cum Grafton Community Tennis Courts Association.

The homebuilder also welcomed house hunters to its Stump Cross development, where the final properties in the last phase were quickly reserved.
