Appeal for information after car damaged in Harrogate supermarket car park

Police in Harrogate are appealing for information after a car was damaged in a Harrogate supermarket car park.

Between 8.30am and 7pm on Wednesday August 5, a silver estate car parked in the Sainsbury’s car park on Railway Road was damaged by an unknown person.

The damage included scratches along the near side of the car and both wing mirrors being bent back, damaging both of them.

A police spokesperson said: “Did you see anything?

“Did you record anything on your mobile phone?

“Do you have any home cameras?

“Were you driving in the area with an active dashcam?

“Alternatively, call North Yorkshire Police on 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.”
