Search the Public Notice Portal A new application has been submitted to provide the sale of alcohol and indoor film screenings in York.
Daniel James Morbey has applied to North Yorkshire Council for a premises licence for 7 Market Place, in Kirkbymoorside.
The licence would permit the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises, from 11am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 11am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Indoor film screenings would be allowed from 10am to 11pm every day.
The application is open for public feedback until September 4, 2026.

Those interested can make their representations in writing to North Yorkshire Council's Licensing Department at Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH, or via email at licensing.east@northyorks.gov.uk.
The application details can be viewed during regular office hours at the same address.
It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003.
If found guilty, an individual could face a fine of up to £5,000.
