A trio will be sentenced for their roles in a violent incident in Darlington town centre.
Two men and a woman will be sentenced at Teesside Crown Court in October after one of the men admitted his part in the melee.
Appearing at the court on Tuesday (August 11), Callum Robson Hall admitted a single count of affray arising from the incident in Tubwell Row, on May 26 last year.
He previously denied the charge and another of wounding with intent, when he appeared at a plea hearing at the court in June. A provisional trial date had been fixed for October 11 next year.
But the court was told the plea to affray was accepted by the Crown.
Judge Advocate Tom Mitchell bailed the 24-year-old to return to court on October 14.
He will be sentenced along with a 46-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman, both also from Darlington, who previously admitted both affray and unlawful wounding.
