FIREFIGHTERS have been called out to rural North Yorkshire after a fire in a log cabin on the North Yorkshire Moors.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service says its crews from Whitby and Lythe were called out to Lealholm at 2.39pm today (August 12) after reports of a fire to a log cabin.

“Crews used 1 hose reel jet, 1 thermal imaging camera, 1 Triple extension ladder and hand tools to extinguish the fire,” said a spokesperson for the force.
