A revamped play park and games court have reopened after a North East redevelopment aimed at giving children and young people a "modern, inclusive place to play, exercise and socialise".
Located on Deepdale Street in Hetton, the project was designed and delivered by playground specialist Streetscape.
The updated park now features new and refurbished equipment, including swings, climbing equipment, and a slide, alongside a refurbished ball game court.
