A SHOP in a popular and busy York city centre street has been hit by flooding.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said its crews were called to Goodramgate around 8.15pm yesterday (Monday, August 10).
A service spokesperson said: "Crews assisted a business with flooding into the shop caused by faulty drainage from a flat above.
"Crews isolated the leak and water supply and gave advice to the tenants."
