Search the Public Notice Portal Fashion and homeware retailer Oliver Bonas is set to open a new store at Teesside Park.
The lifestyle brand, which currently has locations in Morpeth, Newcastle’s Eldon Square, and in Jesmond, will soon be taking over the former Pro Cook shop.
Park owner British Land has already confirmed the news of the opening as well as another in Glasgow, both of which mark the popular firm's first move into the retail park sector.
“The opening at Teesside Park is also a significant milestone, bringing the destination to full occupancy,” British Land said.
“The signings reflect our continued focus on curating vibrant, experience-led destinations that meet evolving customer demand and give more reasons to visit, shop and spend time with us.”
The opening has also been confirmed by park plans, which state the store will be “coming soon” - although an opening date has not yet been revealed.

Oliver Bonas, which first opened in 1993, is known for its design-led fashion, homeware, and gifting, selling everything from dresses and accessories to furniture.

The unit set to be taken on by Oliver Bonas has been empty since Pro Cook closed earlier this year after almost five years at the complex.
The reason behind the closure of the shop - located between EE and Moss Bros - was never revealed.
