Police are investigating damage caused to a vehicle parked outside a Starbucks in York.
The vehicle was scratched following the incident outside the coffee chain’s store in Foss Islands Road on Friday, July 31, at 2pm.
North Yorkshire Police is urging anyone who saw a group of youths in the car park at the time to come forward.
The force said the group of youths “may have been in the area around the time", including "three boys aged between 12-15, all wearing tracksuit type clothing were on bikes”.
“We’re particularly appealing for information if anyone has seen the youths or witnessed any part of this incident,” a police spokesperson said.
