A walk at a National Trust site in North Yorkshire has been named one of the best for a Sunday stroll.
The walking experts, GO Outdoors, have released a list of the best Sunday strolls around the UK.
The Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Walk came in second place on the list after achieving a Sunday stroll score of 9.69 out of 10.
The walks were judged on the pub closest to the walk and its positive reviews.
What is the Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Walk like?
On the walk, GO Outdoors said: "The loop passes along the River Skell, through parkland, and into the landscaped water gardens of Studley Royal, where stone bridges, lakes, and follies frame the ruins of Fountains Abbey.
"As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the setting brings scale and history that few walks can match.
"There’s plenty to see along the way, from deer grazing in the parkland to ancient trees lining the paths.
"The terrain ranges from well-maintained tracks to muddier sections, so wearing proper footwear makes a noticeable difference.
"The route ends in Ripon at The Royal Oak, an 18th-century coaching inn in the centre of the city.
"It’s the perfect way to finish a walk steeped in history, and the food lives up to expectations.
"One review calls it 'the best Sunday lunch out we have had in a long time,' while another describes it as a 'great Sunday roast.'"
The walk is described as being moderate and takes around two and a half to three hours to complete.
The walk could be a great option for families wanting to get outdoors and enjoy what remains of the architecture of Fountains Abbey.
The Royal Oak pub, which you can visit after the walk, is known for its "fabulous food" and even has rooms for those wanting to extend their stay in the area or explore the surrounding towns of Harrogate and Knaresborough.
Alongside the great Sunday roasts, the Royal Oak pub offers dishes like fish and chips, swordfish fillet, and chicken souvlaki, as well as having a vegan and vegetarian menu, meaning everyone is catered for.

Many people have taken to AllTrails after completing this walk to share their thoughts with one person saying: "Beautiful gentle trail, becomes much quieter once you leave the vicinity of Fountains Abbey, paths well surfaced all the way around."
