Harrogate artist 'absolutely delighted' by her collaboration with Jo Malone London

An award-winning Harrogate artist says she is “absolutely delighted” to be taking part in a prestigious collaboration with Jo Malone London to celebrate the launch of a beautiful new fragrance.

Talented Anita Bowerman, owner of The Dove Tree Art Gallery in central Harrogate, is inviting the public to her studio to view her work for Sea Salt and Bergamot, a new fragrance inspired by the British coastline.

"I am absolutely delighted to be collaborating with Jo Malone London,” said Anita Bowerman.

"It's a wonderful opportunity to combine my love of art with the elegance and craftsmanship that Jo Malone London is known for.

"I would love people to come along, discover this beautiful new fragrance and say hello."

Visitors are invited to Jo Malone London, Harrogate on two dates.

The first is this Sunday, August 9, from 10am to 3pm, where she will hand-paint presentation boxes for customers purchasing the new fragrance.

Each box will become a unique keepsake and can also be personalised with the recipient's initials, creating an extra-special gift.

Alongside the launch, Anita will exhibit a small collection of her original paintings inspired by the beauty of Yorkshire's landscapes and seascapes, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy both fine fragrance and fine art in one special event.

Anita Bowerman is renowned for her expressive paintings of Yorkshire landscapes and nature utilising a broad range of. materials and techniques.

Her original art includes paintings, paper cuts and laser cut stainless-steel.

She works from The Dove Tree Art Gallery, a working studio and gallery near the Harrogate Theatre, where she creates and exhibits her original artwork throughout the year.

Her gallery is renowned for its unique atmosphere and exquisite pieces, this gallery boasts an impressive 5/5-star rating from customers.

A second Jo Malone London, Harrogate event will take place The Dove Tree Art Gallery at 3 Prospect Crescent, Harrogate will take place on Sunday, September 13 from 10am to 3pm.

Members of the public are warmly invited to visit the store, experience the new fragrance, watch Anita at work and view her collection of original paintings.
