North Yorkshire Police launch investigation after electric cables stolen from Harrogate District Hospital
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information and witnesses after electric cables were stolen from a hospital in Harrogate.
The incident happened at Harrogate District Hospital over a four day period between Friday 31 July and Monday 3 August.
The theft is believed to have occurred during the times of 10pm and 2am, and involved electric cables being stolen.
A spokesperson at North Yorkshire Police said: “We believe that the suspects have removed cable from various parts of the hospital and may have used a vehicle to transport the stolen items.

“We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the hospital grounds or any suspicious vehicles in the area during this time.”
