BURGLERS have targeted a hospital in North Yorkshire over a four-day period and made off electrical cables.
North Yorkshire Police said it happened at Harrogate District Hospital in Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate between 10pm and 2am during a four-day period between Friday, July 31 and Monday, August 3.
The force said it believed the cables were taken from various parts of the hospital.
A force spokesperson said: "We believe a vehicle may have used to remove the cables from the premises.
"We are appealing for witnesses and information.
"We are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the hospital grounds or any suspicious vehicles in the area during this time."
Anyone with information is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police.
A spokesperson for Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust said the burglaries did not impact its services.
