99 Seats Limited, based on Haxby Road, applied on July 27 for a premises licence at Unit 10 Ryedale Court, Haxby.
The licence would allow the sale of alcohol for both on-site and off-site consumption from 11am to 11pm.
The City's Licensing Team has confirmed that the application can be viewed by setting up a prior appointment.
The documents are housed at the Hazel Court EcoDepot on James Street, available between 8.30am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
