A CAR has ended up on its side after a crash in an East Yorkshire town.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said it was called to Western Road in Goole around 7.40pm yesterday (Wednesday, August 5).
A service spokesperson said: "The driver self-released before the arrival of the fire service.
"A male casualty suffered a hand injury and was left in the care of the ambulance service.
"Police were in attendance."
"The car's battery was disconnected by a passerby."
