‘Most people just want to know whether skin products work’: New Strictly host Emma Willis becomes the face of M&S Beauty and new peptide serum
TV presenter Emma Willis, host of the BBC’s flagship show Strictly Come Dancing when it returns next month, is the new face of M&S Beauty skincare range Formula.
“Known for her warmth, honesty and ability to make complex subjects feel accessible, Emma is the perfect partner to launch Formula's next chapter,” says M&S.
“Now, with Emma Willis leading the conversation, Formula is making cutting-edge skincare easier to understand, helping customers feel confident in the products they choose and the routines they build.”
M&S says its Formula range combines clinically proven ingredients with advanced research to bring visible results.

Emma Willis said: "What I love about this range is that it doesn't overcomplicate skincare. We've all heard the buzzwords, but most people just want to know what something does and whether it works.
“Formula takes genuinely advanced science and explains it in a way that feels simple and approachable. It's skincare you don't need a PhD for - just brilliant ingredients, proven results and products that fit into real life."
Consultant oculoplastic surgeon and skin expert Dr Elizabeth Hawkes joins M&S Beauty as a beauty ambassador, bringing expert insight, myth-busting advice and evidence-based guidance.
Dr Elizabeth Hawkes said: “I can’t wait to share my expertise. I am passionate about the eye and skincare, and as a long-time M&S customer, it is a real privilege to be able to guide customers and arm them with the best knowledge.”

Leading the relaunch is the new Formula Ultra Peptide Serum (£29), with peptides to support the skin proteins responsible for firmness, smoothness and resilience, while NAD+ Booster helps support skin longevity and energises tired-looking skin.
James Mugford, Head of Beauty at M&S, said: “We wanted to create our own version of intelligent, accessible luxury skincare – combining advanced ingredient technologies and proven efficacy, at fantastic value.
“Emma Willis is the perfect partner because she shares our belief that customers shouldn't have to navigate confusing jargon to find products that work. She brings warmth, curiosity and relatability to the category, helping us make advanced skincare feel accessible without losing the scientific integrity that sits at the heart of Formula.
“Working also with Dr Elizabeth Hawkes has been invaluable in helping us shape a Beauty offering rooted in genuine skin expertise and focused on the concerns women tell us matter most.

“With Formula, we've created a modern skincare collection that delivers high-performance results without the complexity, empowering women to achieve healthy-looking skin at every stage of life."
The new M&S Formula collection with Ultra Peptide Serum (£29) launches April 6, in M&S stores and online.
