Queen Camilla will visit York later this month.
The Queen will visit the Ebor Festival at York Racecourse on Wednesday, August 19.
Camilla, who replaced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor as royal patron of the racecourse in 2024, is expected to meet representatives of the charity partners of York Racecourse during the visit.
It will follow the queen, a keen follower of horse racing, attending the two previous Ebor Festivals in York.

York Racecourse’s chair, Bridget Guerin said: “Extending a York Racecourse welcome to our Royal Patron has been both a privilege and a personal pleasure on her last two visits; it is so exciting that we are again being honoured.”
Camilla unveiled a plaque commemorating the award of the Longines World’s Best Race in 2024 to the Juddmonte International during last year’s Ebor Festival.

In 2024, the queen opened the multi-million-pound Bustardthorpe Development at the racecourse.
Camilla cut the ribbon to open the Bustardthorpe Development – refurbishing the 1913 Bustardthorpe Stand – during the 2024 Ebor Festival before walking through the stand and speaking with racegoers and officials.
Her appearance surprised racegoers who watched on as Camilla walked through York Racecourse with security and followed the action on the course through binoculars.
