One man was taken to hospital after a fight in a North Yorkshire village pub.
It happened in The Moors Inn,** Appleton le Moors**, between Pickering and Kirkbymoorside, at** 5pmon Saturday** (1 August).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said it “involved an altercation between two men”.

The victim suffered several facial injuries and was taken to hospital for emergency medical treatment.
Police are particularly interested “in speaking to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who has information that could assist our investigation”.
A suspect has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been released on bail while enquiries continue.
