Award-winning Harrogate law firm in move to strengthen its 'busy team'
A leading Harrogate law firm has strengthened its Commercial Disputes and Sports Litigation team with a new appointment.
Jonathan Exall joins award-winning McCormicks Solicitors as a Senior Associate solicitor with extensive experience handling complex, high-value disputes across a broad range of sectors.
He has previously held positions with regional and national law firms in the UK representing businesses, trustees, fiduciaries and private individuals in proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Jonathan has acted on shareholder, contractual, professional negligence, trust, regulatory and multi-jurisdictional disputes, regularly leading matters involving significant financial and commercial interests.
He often advises clients on technically demanding commercial disputes.
His career includes a landmark shareholder dispute heard by the UK Supreme Court, a multi-million-pound commercial settlement in the energy sector, substantial trust litigation involving assets exceeding £500 million, and complex international disputes requiring coordination with foreign counsel and regulatory advisers.
He is also experienced in advocacy, regularly appearing at interim hearings and case management conferences in the County Courts.
McCormicks Solicitors, which is based on Springfield Avenue in Harrogate is renowned, in particular, for its expertise in sport, with Peter McCormick, who is also Executive Vice Chairman of Leeds United FC, regarded as one of the best sports lawyers in the world.
