A WOMAN has been rescued after falling into a North Yorkshire beck.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a crew from Stokesley was called to Chantry Road in Romanby, around 5.50pm last night (Monday, August 3).
The woman suffered a broken ankle, the service said.
A service spokesperson said: "Crews assisted Yorkshire Ambulance Service at the scene.
"The injured person was removed from a ditch then taken to hospital."
