Fatface, which was taken over by Next in 2023, has about 180 UK stores, including outlets in York, Helmsley Harrogate and Northallerton.
No reason for the closure has been given.
A FatFace spokesperson said: “We can confirm that our Ripon store will close on 11 August 2026.
"We’re focusing on supporting our store colleagues at this time and, where possible, looking at redeployment opportunities.
"We’d like to thank all customers who have shopped with us for their support over the years.”
Customers will continue to be able to shop the full FatFace range online at FatFace.com and at other FatFace stores.
