Police are hoping someone can identify this cyclist.
Detectives investigating a bike theft in York city centre want to talk to him.
It was stolen from the cycle racks at Library Square, Museum Street, at 2.57pm last Tuesday, 28 July.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The offence/offender was caught on CCTV as pictured.
“If you are able to identify this individual or have any information which could assist our investigation, please email the officer in the case.”
